We manufacture belts up-to 3600mm width encompassing the complete array, including Steel Cord belting, Sidewall belting, High temperature resistant belts that are suited up-to 350 Deg C. Also customized belts as per customer requirements can be also provided.

CBPL has developed an in-house software for analysis, and further modulation by their highly experienced engineers, and will help you determine the best belt for your conveyor.
What choices do i have of transporters/logistic partners ?
CBPL has a panel of highly trusted logistics partners, for part and full loads, which can be suggested, or the customer may also nominate their choice of transporter.
How fast are your shipping times?
CBPL has a ready inventory of over 500km, and can assure delivery of exactly the same specs, or nearest workable specs within 24 hours, or even earlier, in case of a special request by the customer.
How fast are your delivery times?
CBPL has plants at 3 locations in India, and depots at multiple locations, to ensure delivery to customers in shortest possible duration, it takes no than 3-4 days at maximum.
What is the warranty on your conveyor belts?
All products are warranted against defective manufacture for 12 months from installation or 18 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier.
In the unlikely event of a technical issue with a conveyor belt, what kind of response can we expect?
CBPL has a dedicated customer service team, and tele-support shall be immediately provide to resolve the issue, and if required, a service engineer shall be immediately deputed to site, at PAN India locations, to resolve the issue.
What is your policy about damage to conveyor belts during transit ?
All conveyor belts are mounted on strong steel cores, well strapped and covered with weather proof, high tensile HDPE, however yet if there are cases of mishandling in transit, it is recommended, that the customer seeks a transit insurance.
How do we arrange vulcanizing/endlessing of belts ?
CBPL can provide factory made hot vulcanized conveyor belts. If the customer wishes to have the belts endless at their premises then, CBPL can suggest suitable vendors for hot / cold vulcanizing.
How does CBPL ensure high quality of the products being supplied?
While all belts are manufactured in our state of the art European Plants, every belt is tested in line with the applicable quality standard, and a Test Report for every belt is shared with the customer.
What is the shelf life of your rubber conveyor belts?
The typical shelf life of a belt is 5 years, if stored in a covered condition, or even if outdoor, when covered in a black plastic, to protect against exposure of direct sunlight. The belt should be kept in a well ventilated place, and the axis of the drum should be changed by moving the same, after every few weeks, to ensure that there is no permanent setting.
How do we calculate the weight, the diameter and the volume etc. of a rubber conveyor belt?
